POLISH ERASMUS+ TEAM

Polish Erasmus+ Team is completed. Now students are willing to do more activities in the crossing  borders topic. They are very enthusiastic  and open-minded to enjoy new experiences.
Here there are  some opinions about the project:

We are so excited. Thanks to Erasmus+ we have new possibilities to meet interesting people from different countries and cultures.”   ( Alicja)

It is a chance for me to experience something new and refresh my daily routine” ( Szymon)

“ It is a great  possibility to improve my English and test myself in new situations. In addition  I am very  curious about new friendly people.” ( Damian)

Alicja adds:
“ Of course we are stressed a little bit too because of new things which are unknown. But we also believe we’ve got support in our teachers and each other as well, so everyone is happier than scared;). We are very grateful for this project and such a great possibility to cross our borders.”

“ I haven’t cooperated with disabled people before so I know it will be interesting and enriching experience for me.”  (Julek)

Now everybody is waiting for such a good adventure.

AUSTRIA
Workshop on „Music“
at the "Simultania Liechtenstein"

Within the range of our Erasmus+ project: “Crossing Borders: New Approaches to Inclusion” we visited our partner institution “Simultania Liechtenstein” on the 21st December 2015 in order to work together with our friends there. Workshops in the field of “music” and “self-expression” were planned for the morning. The whole class 5b of the BG/BRG Judenburg, accompanied by Mag. Bernd Fiechtl und Mag. Ilse Prenn participated in the workshops and we were absolutely eager to cooperate with our friends. After the class was separated into 3 groups they started to work.

POLAND Our Partnerorganisation - The Foundation "Podaj Dalej"

On Friday 8 th of January we visited Doctor Piotr Janaszek’s Foundation called „PODAJ DALEJ’  and they adgreed to cooperate with us in our project Erasmus+.
The mission of the Foundation “Podaj Dalej’ is to help disabled people to get independent and make it possible for them to live on their own in all areas of life. The Foundation “Podaj Dalej” has been in existance for ten years now doing different activities like organising sports activities (swimming, boccia, dance on wheels-chairs,basketball on wheels-chairs), like organising workshops about being tolerant or how to behave in the presance of disabled people, like promoting volunteering (there are 50 members).
The Foundation cooperates with different schools, self-governement,governmental organisations doing important projects and talking about them in media. Lately they patricipated in establishing hostel in Konin which is fully adapted to the needs of people with physical disabilities.
We are very proud that they agreed to cooperate with our school too and very soon we will visit them with our Erasmus+ team(24 students) and participate in the workshops about different disabilities.
